Management is accountable for the development, review and implementation of our health, safety, environment and quality assurance programs. Management provides leadership and vision in setting the goals, objectives and standards for employees’ health, safety and loss control performance.

Since 1994, Central has being actively involved with the Alberta Partnerships “Certificate of Recognition” (COR), which consists of a Basic Safety Program recognized by the Petroleum Safety Council, Petroleum Services Association of Canada (PSAC) and Alberta Workers’ Compensation Board’s Partners in Injury Reduction (PIR) program. Central has maintained a valid COR since 1998, which requires the company to be audited annually on its health and safety program.

Through the health, safety, environment and quality assurance programs, management recognizes that employees’ safety, health and well-being is vitally important to ensuring a competent and qualified workforce will be available to our clients.

Our goal is to provide a cost effective service, which protects everybody, including the environment. To obtain our high standards, Central has implemented risk-based programs designed to anticipate, recognize and provide controls to mitigate harm to personal and operations.
